Terms and Conditions

Payment confirms your booking on the workshop. If you wish to pay in instalments please contact me to arrange.

If you need to cancel or transfer
If having made a confirmed booking you fail to attend the course or choose to attend only part of it no refund is payable.   

Having made a booking and paid in full, if you then wish to transfer to an alternative workshop, this must be done no less than 14 days prior to the start of the original course date. Transfers incur a £30 administrative fee.

Revised attendance has to be completed within 12 months of the original workshop date. Booked places are non-transferable to a third party.

Cancellation of the workshop by me 
I reserve the right to cancel any workshop at any time prior to commencement due to circumstances beyond my control which make it impossible for me to operate to the planned schedule. In such extenuating circumstances I will aim to give you as much advanced notice as possible. If I cancel a workshop you have already paid for, you may transfer to an alternative workshop or else I will refund the course fee without additional administrative costs. Catherine O’Riordan is not responsible for the loss of any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of a cancelled Your Inner Child Workshop such as work, childcare, travel and accommodation costs.


Complaints 
I will make every effort to keep you satisfied as a customer, if however you do experience a problem with the workshop please contact me immediately using the contact details below and I will do everything in my power to resolve the situation quickly and to your satisfaction. If I cannot resolve the issue then please put your complaint in writing to me within 28 days of the completion of the workshop, I will acknowledge your complaint in writing and reply within 7 days.
In the unlikely circumstances you are still unhappy please contact the BACP who will mediate in the matter. This in no way affects your statutory rights under consumer legislation.
